Richard Siciliano It's not quite as good as the Rigoni Di Asiago Chestnut Honey that you can buy in Italy, as with all exports, definitely lighter in color, but it's better than any other honey I've tried. I use it mostly for my bread. One teaspoon for two loaves completely changes the color and texture.
