The name takes inspiration from the Caprese salad made of sliced fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and basil.
The name takes inspiration from a very popular Italian dish made with three simple ingredients that are commonly part of the average Italian pantry: pasta (usually spaghetti), garlic (aglio), olive oil (olio) and spicy red chili pepper (peperoncino). These three simple elements that simmered together create a unique mixture.
