After an average period of three months of over-ripening on the plant and a careful selection of suitable bunches, the vinification of this particular wine begins, which contains unique and complex aromas and flavors. The color is intense yellow tending towards golden, the scent is ethereal, with hints of honey, licorice and acacia flowers.
