Fettuccine are a typical pasta shape from the northern and central regions of Italy, and are now appreciated everywhere. In home cooking, they are still prepared according to the teachings of grandmothers, by "slicing" the rolled-out dough.

At Farabella, we make them according to the ancient pasta-making tradition of Fara San Martino, using the best gluten-free ingredients and spring water from the Maiella mountain.

A special "lamination" process and slow drying at low temperatures make them ideal for absorbing and enhancing the flavors of various sauces, such as porcini mushrooms and meat ragù.
