Vegetariana Mixed Spices and Herbs Borgo 3.5 Oz (100 Gr)

The Borgo de ‘Medici Vegetarian Mix is made up of zucchini, dried tomatoes, oregano and thyme. The mix can be used as a base to prepare numerous Italian dishes, releasing all the scents and flavors of Italian cuisine.
The vegetarian mix can be used as a base for many recipes. Place two tablespoons of the mix in a pan along with a glass of hot water. Cook for a few minutes, until the water has dried. Then add extra virgin olive oil and sauté for 3/5 minutes. It can also be used to season pasta.
