The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP Gold seal ages for a long time in oak barrels, as tradition dictates.
It has a good body and thickness, a dark brown color with reddish reflections, harmonious and with an excellent density. A balance and a softness stand out given by the wise mixing of cooked must and wine vinegar, both obtained from local grapes. Its scent is barricaded, well balanced and harmonious.
